The populace meets on the fourth Sunday of every month to discuss business and other matters related to the Barony. Meetings are held at the Social Hall at Congregation Ahavath Beth Israel, located at:

Occasionally, prior to the business meeting, the officers, along with the Seneschal and Baron and Baroness, meet as needed at 5:30 pm to discuss planning and needs for the Barony. This officer meeting is not regularly scheduled, and although they are primarily an officer meeting, anyone interested in being an officer is encouraged to attend them when they happen.
Business meetings start promptly at 6:00 pm, and generally last between 60 and 90 minutes.
After the meetings, a small group usually adjourns to a nearby restaurant for food and camaraderie.
